You need to know your thorax size in inches. The thorax is the measurement just under the bust as indicated by this picture:
For the Body Magic:
THORAX SIZE 22-25″ > go for Body Magic Size 24
26-27″ – BM 26
28-29″ – BM 28

32-33″ – BM 32
34-35″ – BM 34
36-37″ – BM 36

FOR THE CORSET, you measure the thorax BUT – go up a size… so if your body magic size is 30, you’d need a corset 32.
If you body magic size is 36, you’d need a corset 38.

Lots of distributors have leftover stock and wish to close down their individual businesses. As a result, this website acts very much like a factory closing down sale shop. We have lots of stock to sell, far cheaper than normal - because we just want to shift it.
By registered / recorded / trackable delivery - in very discrete packaging (you won't know a body magic is inside). We normally present the item in a nice bag (so if its a gift, its fine), in a grey plastic mail bag - which is lighter that the brown padded envelope, and generally easier to post.
Our distributors who are giving up their business are all over the UK. We have to check our database and get the item dispatched as soon as possible. One person, or one location doesn't hold / store every single item. Distributors tend to work from home, so its not a measure, try on and browse shop. We just sell the items online. We try and give a good price, to compensate for the fact that we don't have the overheads of a big shop. And as we don't have to travel to meet people or have to wait on meeting people - we can charge a lower price.
We allow one exchange. We charge £8 admin fee and to cover the cost of postage.
No returns. Only exchanges. We expect the item back within 14 days.
Please return your item to us using SIGNED FOR POSTING (2nd or 1st class).

We will swap all items for a £8 admin charge to cover the postage & packing. Return to us the item, (as above) - and on the bottom half of the order note, write which size / colour you'd prefer, and we'll exchange it.
If you make an order, and wish to cancel it - email us (and if we've not yet dispatched the item), we will just return all the money to the buyer. No quibbles. IF the item has already been dispatched, then we just ask that as soon as it arrives - you return the parcel unopened to us (or at least within 14 days). We'll refund the buyer. If we don't have your size / colour in stock - we'll just send you a full refund.
We deliver internationally. To any country in the world.
We use courier companies such has DHL, Fedex, UPS when sending items internationally.
Depending on your country, then delivery can take up to 10 working days.
We use Standard AirMail for items under 1kg (this is non-trackable but fully insurable).
Any order weighing more than 1kg, will be sent by with a trackable international courier service.
Excellent. There are no defects with this items.
Washing instructions are on the labels in all the garments. Generally - you're always safe with hand washing (mild soap, luke warm water). If you put it in the machine - use the 'delicates' setting.
